We followed all the steps. There were helpful forms to complete both the cancellation notice to the timeshare company and the cease and desist notice to the maintenance company. It was concise, and the instructor, Wayne Robinson was helpful and answered any questions we had. We have not heard back from the timeshare company or the maintenance company.
